Uni-Komnet; Innovation by universitary vocational training – curriculum development for competence promotion in the Building Automation
With Uni-Komnet curricula for the university vocational education in the field of Building Automation are developed that meet the growing international and national demands on this field. The curricula create the conditions so that students of EE/VET gather extensive competence during their university education, which they can pass on to the specialists.
The main target groups are university teaching and research staff, postgraduates, graduate students of EE/VET, who aim either at teaching at an institution of basic or further EE/VET or at planning, organizing and implementing EE/VET in the field of Building Automation (BA).
The existing courses of studies for EE/VET are transformed, in order to be able to deal better with the requirements from the practice of EE/VET. In a competence field BA the learning and work concepts, which are necessary for the work in BA, are to be described. A goal is it to let these flow then afterwards into the university and regional training. The structures for target teachings are developed in international co-operation.
