E-Business Management for the Faculty of Economics, Skopje (EBUSMAN)
The project inMacedoniais about developing a 4-year bachelor course in e-business. Besides the development of the curriculum, the consortium is tasked with the actual development of 9 new e-business modules. Besides the development of these new (e-business) modules, Fontys used own resources the develop modules in the area of management and marketing that are incorporated in the e-business curriculum. To make the implementation of the curriculum possible, the IT-infrastructure of the faculty of economics needed to be upgraded. Fontys advised in the procurement of hard- and software. Also training of professors in student-oriented learning was performed by Fontys, as well as the further dissemination of these training-sessions inMacedonia. Fontys was actively involved in the piloting of the newly developed modules (as well as of the marketing and management modules).
Student mobility, to support the development process, is part of the project. A total number of 10 students from Macedonia as well as 4 students from the EU are/will be sent to The Netherlands, Republic Macedonia.
