Development of educational links and professional and higher education initiatives – phase II (Delphi II)

 

  1. The key aspects of bringing the supply of education and training closer to the demand by developing continuing training and pursuing quality in and access to the Russian education system notably in the fields of VET, management training and open and distance learning.
  2. To develop a sustainable dialog with the main stakeholders in education and training.
  3. To develop  an operational methodology for the qualifications structure
  4. To diversify and modernise the portfolio of high quality post-experience management training services in line with the needs of the business community.
  5. To ensure the outcome and competence oriented modernisation of vocational education and continuing training at federal, regional and school levels.
  6. To widen the access to continuing training and for methodological development.

 

Types of services provided:

  • Policy Advice (To provide a wide range of learning environments and locations, training resources, learning path, long-term and multi-path career guidance)
  • National staff development  by Management Training (e-learning and e-consultancy with feed back to trainer/tutors or consultants using advanced ITs, development and usage of effective learning strategies, development of entrepreneurial and managerial skills, social and professional competencies) of civil servants
  • Vocational Education and Continuing Training (to contribute in widening access of students to training opportunities in companies. Due to social partnership motivate the companies and employers to provide places and opportunities for VET within their structures; to put a relation between key competencies and specialised skills)
  • Open and Distance Learning (the establishment and management of resource pools and centres, multimedia-based training resources and their delivery technologies will multiply access; increase the flexibility of the individual learner and the effectiveness of his learning activities; train learning technologies and develop (self) learning skills for lifelong learning)
